I was about due for some new coasters. I was attracted to the sleek modern look of these coasters by Enkore. They are made of silicone and are pliable and have good gripping power. It holds onto the surface so that the coaster itself does not scratch the surface like wood or tile coasters can. I especially like the fact that they are heat resistant so they can also double as trivets for hot plates. They are a generous size, 4.3” which accommodates a casserole dish with some overhang but it keeps it off the table. The raised design allows for air circulation eliminating condensation from building up. The heat resistance also makes them dishwasher safe. They are food grade silicone which means, no foul odor from chemicals, and safe to use around food. They certainly are different than your traditional coaster set. They are a great conversation and design piece as well as a thoughtful gift. I was given these coasters for evaluation and review. I think they are pretty awesome!
