I have been wearing the Starista Mens Titanium 4 Element Magnetic Bracelet for several weeks and am beginning to feel the benefits. Actually, I started to see a difference after the first day of wear but wanted to give it the full benefit of a few weeks before writing my review. First, this is advertised as men’s jewelry and it is a very nice yet very cool design for any man but I am a woman and love this bracelet. I was going to give this to my husband but I am the one at a keyboard all day and suffer from carpel tunnel. It is not excruciating but it is a pain that is pretty constant and I have learned to live with it. Since this bracelet came with a really easy to use link removal tool, I removed 2 of the links for a custom snug fit around my wrist. Titanium is the main metal used to craft this bracelet. It is strong, lightweight, cool and almost indestructible. The carbon fiber inlay gives it an ultra-modern, classy appearance. There are 4 natural elements which have healing health properties: Negative Iron + Far Infrared Red (FIR) + Germanium + Magnets. I knew that magnetic therapy was beneficial but did not know about FIR and Germanium so I looked them up. (FIR) involves the use of Far Infrared rays to gently heal, soothe, stimulate and detox the physical body, as well as the mind. Germanium, a natural element, is supposed to improve the immune system, boost the body's oxygen supply, make a person feel more alive and destroy damaging free radicals. Negative ions give improved energy levels and focus, not to mention better air quality. Magnetic therapies, although not scientifically proven, have been used since ancient times to relieve pain. It is said that magnetic fields upon the body help to energize and boost the rate of circulation: stimulating nutrient rich blood flow thus invigorating your metabolism. I received a bracelet for testing and evaluation. I do feel a difference, even though it has not been scientifically proven, Let's face it, we have ferrous metals in our blood so the magnets are bound to effect us, similar to the gravitational pull of gravity and the full moon. Hocus Pocus? Maybe but I am a believer.
