Home Gym Hero is a series of massage balls which help ease sore muscles during recovery.  My favorite one is the green spiky one.   I use that on on my legs and feet.   It helps get the blood circulating and also relieves tight sore muscles.   
The single ball is easy to use on your arms, neck and shoulders.  I just  roll it over my tight stressed muscles relieving all the tensions.

I purchased this heavy duty watch case as one of my grandson's Christmas gifts.   He is a watch junkie at 15 and has an iWatch along with several G-shock watches.   When he opened the box and saw this, he was very excited, stating that his iWatch is now a g-shock.   
Don't get me wrong, the iWatch was way more expensive than the g-watches but also much more fragile.   This case takes the worry out ot banging it around.   He can now wear his favorite watch everyday.  It is like having a Lifeproof or Otterbox for your watch.
