If you haven’t already heard, caffeine is a new hot ingredient in the skincare industry. It not only perks me up in the morning but can also perk up my skin, It constricts blood vessels to take the red out and also breaks down cellulite. You can imagine my delight when I saw this cream. I found the ingredients interesting because I did not see coffee beans so the caffeine comes from another source. Included on the list of ingredients is horse chestnut and fenugreek seeds. According to Web MD “Horse chestnut seed and leaf are used for treating varicose veins, hemorrhoids, and swollen veins (phlebitis).” I can see it working in a beauty cream. Fenugreek seeds is said to help swelling and is used in soaps and cosmetics. It has the odor of maple syrup. This cellulite cream does have a distinctive scent. It is unexpected but not offensive. You can smell it when applying but it does not linger. I have been using this for a couple of weeks and do not see a marked difference in my cellulite. My skin is smoother and it does seem to take the red out. I would imagine that over time, this would be a beneficial treatment for cellulite. It is a good moisturizer and does make my skin feel tighter. I like the fact that it does also have retinol which repairs skin damage from the sun and the ingredients are natural. I am glad that I had the opportunity to acquire this product at a discount in return for my unbiased review.
